BEST WAY TO MAKE MUSHROOM TEA - Prepare your tea bag with about 2 Tablespoons of our special Blend - then pour about 3 cups boiling water over it and let it seep up to four hours. The longer you wait the stronger the tea and the more benefits that will be extracted into the brew. For an instant cup -Pour off a little of your brew after about 4-10 minutes and add some more hot water to warm it up and dilute it down. Then allow the rest to keep seeping.
